Uncle Jerry and Aunt Gale's Visit!

It was so good to see my Uncle Jerry and Aunt Gale.  They were passing through on their way home from Aunt Gale's 50th High School Reunion.  Definitley Short, but Sweet.  Love you both!

Rib Cook-Off 2011

My Wonderful, Beautiful Mother gave Roland and I tickets to the Rib Village for Roland's Birthday.  The Rib Village is an all-you-can-eat area at the Rib Cook-Off.  Ribs and Sauces from all 24 vendors, lots of sides, salads, drinks and desserts filled us to capacity!!! (Between both of us we ate around 50 ribs!!!)  Talk about carnivores!  We were able to go with a group of people our age, some we knew, some we didn't and had a blast of a time!  We really want to do it again next year!  It's the only way to do the Rib-Cook-Off!  Thanks MOM!!!

Oh... And Sly and the Family Stone did a concert for us all!  Not my era of music, but totally fun to watch! Aunt Terry we are keeping our fingers crossed for next year!

The daily chores of life, tends to get us so busy,

The tensions we face everyday gets our heads dizzy.

Makin Vacation!

After 10 years of waiting.....  Brandon, Nicole, Andre', Brianna, MaKayla, Cameron, and Debbie finally came to visit!!!!!!!!  YAY!!!  We enjoyed a fun packed weekend and totally wished we had more time!  Nicole and I have been best friends since birth!  Since I am way, way, way younger than her that would be 24 years! lol  We had such a good time and are counting the weeks until we will all see each other again!  Love you guys!!!

Mimi's Vacation!

Here are a couple pictures from my mom's oregon coast visit a couple weeks ago.  I was so jealous!  She was able to spend time with my most favorite Ladies in the world!  I love you Gigi and Aunt Terry!

Camping-Lake Tahoe

We had so much fun camping this past weekend!  But most of all, I'm so glad we didn't get attacked by the camp bear!  I say camp bear because he was there eating someone's food every night.  I guess some people thought the bear-proof lockers were for decorations! lol  On one of the nights the bear actually rubbed against Pastor's vehicle... only about 3 feet from their heads! And when Sis Cyndi went to the bathroom  there was a cub in the tree above her!  So like I said, I'm glad we didn't get attacked by the camp bear!
