Joel and Niki's Graduation!

We just got back from a very quick trip to Pendleton for their graduation. Congrats to Joel and Niki! (and of course to everyone else!) The Neff's church in Baker City joined in the celebration and presented awards to the kids in their school as well. Their first and second graders sang a song with all the states/capitals, continents and oceans. Smart little guys! The speeches from the graduates were sweet and very thought provoking. It was a treat to hear Bro. Nathan Neff talk to the graduates about their final destination in life. Because really... That is what living is all about. All in all it was a wonderful ceremony and reception!

A big thank you to Brandon and Nicole for letting Jace and I stay with you. We always have so much fun!

~It was wonderful to see you all!~

It's Official... We are going to have a baby!

I know the ultrasound is not very clear... And right now you can't see much of anything, but we are so excited. Expected due date is January 6, 2010.

And just so no one gets the wrong idea... The only reason we wait a few months to tell people is so that we are sure everything is looking okay. If you have ever had trouble with a pregnancy or were close to someone who did, you would understand.

Our little boy is "3"

We had a great time at Jace and Quincy's Birthday Party!
There was tons of good food and lots of people to share it with.
And of course there was the water fight...! The moms Won!!!
It stared out as a water fight with the kids and then somehow ended
with the women against the men. Some how in all the mess, Sis Marty
ended up riding the cooler as the men tried to dump her off. The big Finale with tubfulls of ice water thrown at the men is sure to keep them at bay until
Next Year!

A BIG THANK YOU to everyone that came, brought gifts, and helped us celebrate these birthdays!

Below is a few pictures. I will try to get some of the water fight from Marcella!

A lot goin' on!

A lot has been going on here since we got back from the coast! This is just the stuff I remember in the last week!

~Roland and Jace took me to Boomtown for fun and games last Tuesday

~Wednesday, Church

~ Marcella and her kiddos came over for a BBQ last Thursay

~ Friday, Jr. Youth

~Saturday was Andrew's Birthday Party at Roller Kingdom

~Sunday, Mother's Day (also the day we told the Grandparents the news!)

~Monday we had Bro. Steve and Sis. Lynn Neumann, Todd, Keola and their kids over for dinner (Happy Birthday Todd!) Bro. Todd can really hula on the Wii! lol!

~Tuesday morning Jace had surgery on his teeth in Minden. We got home and had just enough time to get everything ready for Richard, Josh, and the Jones Family coming over for a BBQ . And of course we all played the Wii again!

~Today, Wednesday, church of course!

I think that tomorrow night is free, Jr. Youth on Friday, Car Wash on Saturday... And then start all over again next week! Between our day jobs and night entertainment we never have a dull moment! Bro. Travis preached on staying connected with the church and people in it on Sunday morning... I can honestly say that we are always connected! lol!

Aunt Terry to the RESCUE!

Never turn your back on the Ocean! Don da da Don...

Oregon Coast

We are Home!
We had a blast on the Oregon coast this past week. We were able to spend some time with family and friends. This is kinda how our trip went:
~ First stop Gigi's house (Great Grandma) - Grand Rhonde
We were able to stay with her for two nights. Jace knows that he has the greatest Gigi of all because she is a nintendo diva! My aunt Zelda and cousin Nathanial came and hung out on our second day there. My Grandma did an awesome job cooking a turkey dinner with all the trimmings for us! My Aunt did take a little time from all the fun and games to change her brake pads! Yeah you heard me... Brake pads! She whipped it out in no time flat! We are a rough and tumble family!
~ Second Stop Lincoln City -Tanger Outlet Mall
We shopped until we dropped and then our Aunt Terry met us. We went to an awesome restraunt that looked out on the beach and after we stuffed ourselves, went for a walk on the beach. We stayed at my Aunt Terry's family beach house. It is a beautiful house that is right on the water! We had a great time staying up until the wee hours of the morning every night. Robert came out on the first night and gave Roland 2 hrs of foot/hand baths! My mom and I did it last time that we were there, so it was definitley Roland's turn! ;p
~Third stop Beach again!
We couldn't have asked for nicer days! Clear blue skies that were perfect for flying kites and digging in the sand.
~Fourth stop ~Newport
Sea lions really do have great personalities! I think that they were the highlight of the trip for Jace. He absolutely loved them! When it came time for us to leave, he was yelling "Bye, I love you!" Everyone thought it was hilarious!
~Fifth stop, Back to the beach house for the night, quick stop by Gigi's in the morning, and then a long drive home!
I know that I am missing a lot of things that we did, but there is just too much to list!
We love you all and had a great time with all of you!
Posted below are some pictures. I will post a video or two later. It is great to be home, but you all will be missed!
